The deals are introduced by our members and in revenue (not start-ups) with an open round of at least $1,000,000 and already having a CCap member on the cap table.
We share two deals each quarter at a luncheon meeting and allow the founder a very short period to introduce the business and the offering. Members are then provided with additional information about the investment in an organized & efficient process over a two-week period.
Members and their associates and families are invited to social and educational events Annually such as opening new restaurants, access to special speakers and entertainment other opportunities to socialized and create and enhance friendships.
Our social events are an integral part of the fabric of our membership. They foster fellowship, ensuring that we make friends and enjoy the examination of investment opportunities.

Our Mission
A collaboration of family offices and high net worth individuals to support Kansas City’s Next Generation of businesses and their ecosystem. The collaboration will create value by sharing ideas, investment opportunities and expertise for the benefit of the group and the ecosystem. The collaboration will result in increased deal flow, better diversification and the ability to tap industry expertise from others resulting in improved investment returns and economic growth for the region. The transparency, confidentiality and trust of the group will facilitate an enjoyable educational experience

Our Story Began in Kansas City
In early 2017, a group of individuals accepted an invitation to one of two luncheons hosted by Terry Dunn, Ron LeMay, Mark Meyerdirk and Joe Kessinger. The group discussed the status, process, enjoyment and rewards of investing in and supporting the early-stage Kansas City businesses. The initial programming was well received and all attendees expressed an interest in attending similar events in the future.
Additionally, 12 of the attendees expressed an interest in participating in an ad hoc Steering Committee to help design a general structure for future events. The Steering Committee now meets to guide and support the CCAP Managing Directors.
